When I toured Hawthorne, I thought it was a nice place but it was too locked up. Every door had a lock, and the residents had no freedom to go outside or walk around. We found another community that offered... Sun City Senior Living has been a much better place than the last. Better communication, overall better care, activities. What really stood out to us was the longevity of the staff and their overall willingness to help our mother.
The facility is terrible and the staff in very incompetent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would not recommend Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center of Tampa. I have to be on top of them for them to bathe my husband’s grandfather.
